Why This Sailing

What Makes This Sailing Special

No Kids...No KIDDING
Must be 18 years old to sail on Virgin Voyages

Our famous Connected Balcony sailings start off with the massive Cheeky Corner Suite, a room with a wrap-around balcony that can hold 40 or more thirsty bears! As reservations come in, we assign the balcony next door to start our Connected Balcony chain.  This is why early reservations matter so much. More early reservations means longer Connected Balcony chains!  This chain creates an exclusive, private space where we host our themed-night parties. Past sailors have made it clear: Jock & Gear Night can never disappear.

Pre-Cruise Hotel

Solstice Wilton Manors

The cruise departs on Monday, so join us in the gay mecca of Wilton Manors the weekend before. Stay the whole weekend with us but definitely mark your calendar for the Pre-Cruise Meet & Greet on Sunday afternoon.

We'll have a BBQ from noon till 4pm, so come hungry and prepared to meet everyone! Make your own arrangements with the Solstice Wilton Manors — space is limited, so book fast.

St. Maarten

Orient and Maho Beach Tour

$40 per person

The fun begins as your friendly guide picks you up for a ride out to Orient Beach, the longest beach on the island. This seashore has a wide range of beach bars and restaurants nearby and enough water toys and games to satisfy kids of all ages. Take to the waters on a jet ski or go paragliding (own expense), or just enjoy a refreshing swim in the clear blue water. The more adventurous guests can amble over to the clothing optional section of the beach.

Arrive at Maho Beach around midday just in time to see the Boeing 747 and Airbus A380 as they glide across the beach and over your head on their approach to the nearby Princess Juliana International Airport (SXM). Take a seat at the Sunset Beach Bar and Grill for a cool drink or bite to eat (own expense) while you listen to the control tower communicating with arriving aircraft over the live feed. Then stroll along the pure white sand or stretch out on the beach and relax as the sound of the ocean waves roll your cares away.

Antigua

The Antiguan Experience

$79 per person

Depart the pier area and set off through the villages of Antigua discovering their individual and interesting qualities.

Your first destination is a private home with an amazing and wonderful history. Be provided a history lesson about this property and the stories that accompany it. When you arrive you will find yourself on the top of a panoramic vista overlooking a valley that is dotted with cows and sheep. The home may look modest from the outside but you will be astounded upon stepping inside. Artifacts from the original settlers who bought the land in the 16th century surround you. The owner, who is also a direct descendant of the original family, will graciously walk you through the areas of her home that are open to you and will answer questions about her prized collections. Endemic trees and medicinal herbs are grown in the backyard and not only will your guide provide knowledge on the healing powers of these plants, but you will also enjoy a freshly brewed cup of herbal tea.

Continue on to a local pineapple farm where you will get to see the production of this important crop. You will see the fruit in all of its stages of growth, and even get to enjoy it later on when you are at the beach, but next you are headed to Fryes Estate.

At the estate you will see two of the island's oldest sugar mills, now in ruins and immensely picturesque. We can't let you forget that you're on a Caribbean island and, therefore, your next stop will be a beautiful beachfront setting.

Tortola / Virgin Gorda

Journey to the Baths

$50 per person

Begin your epic tour by hopping on the ferry and be transported from your cruise ship pier to the British Virgin Islands' third-largest island: Virgin Gorda. Here, you'll get to take a journey along a winding trail that takes you to see The Baths, which lies just south of the sandy white beaches of Spring Bay. Some of the most massive granite boulders in this collection of oversized rock formations boast a 40-inch diameter. Traveling through The Baths' system of hollow structures, sandy beaches, and enormous granite boulders, is like moving through a maze thanks to the position of its rock formations.

As you follow the trail of The Baths, you'll also come across its cavernous structures. Molten lava helped forge these hollow rock formations over time to create the geological wonders that they are today. You'll travel along a rope-handrail trail that takes you up a series of ladders to help you climb the oversized boulders, where you'll get access to the white sandy beaches along Devil's Bay, a favorite for beachgoers and snorkelers alike to swim and go underwater to discover vivid coral and marine life. Take a break to enjoy soaking up the sun before heading back to your pier.
