By using the CruisingBears website, you agree to the terms on this page. The binding terms for any trip, including deposits, payment schedules, cancellation, and refunds, are the cruise line's or supplier's own terms, which are provided to you in writing at the time of reservation through your advisor.

Cruise dates, itineraries, and pricing shown on this site are informational and may change without notice. Cabin availability, taxes, port fees, and group perks are confirmed only at the time of booking. Confirm all details directly with Matthew before booking. Sailings on Virgin Voyages are adults-only; guests must be 18 or older to sail.

Bookings and payments

Reservations are made with the cruise line or supplier, and their deposit, payment, change, and cancellation rules apply. We strongly recommend travel insurance and a passport valid for at least six months beyond your return date. Guests are responsible for their own travel documents, visas, and health requirements.

Website content and conduct

Text, photography, and video on this site belong to CruisingBears or are used with permission; please do not reuse them commercially without asking. Our community events are welcoming spaces, and we may decline service to anyone acting in a harassing or unsafe way toward other guests.

Limitation

CruisingBears is a hosted group travel community coordinated by an independent travel advisor. Cruise lines and venues remain responsible for their own products and services.
